The summer is over, which has been very productive and tiring for me with running 10day summer camps which have helped my communication skills to doing my own 3d project to improve my technical skills. The past week we students have done our pitches whilst i had a second chance with a new idea called broadcasting, it still wasnt picked, but it got praise from my other collegues and the tutors said ther were some nice touches to it but there wasnt enough substance to it and the story got flakey towards the end. I acknowledged this and saw where they ere coming from, but i was happy with my performance. There were some great ideas in the class and well done to those that got picked that im not working on all the best for this year.
Well, this year will see me working on two films Splay by Phil Brooks and Polished Off by Dan Edgley im very happy to be working on these two projects and im pleased with my collegues who i will be working with.
Speaking to the two guys it seems that i will be helping with uv layouts, modelling and texturing whilst helping out Grigsby with After Effects when it comes to that, or thats what i got from the meeting today that i will be doing.

- I am a 3d artist currently looking for work. From an early age I have been interested in CGI and discovering how it was created. My specific areas of interest and expertise are modeling and texturing. In my spare time I develop my skills in these areas by working on projects such as those in my portfolio. These are the areas that I feel most passionate about as I love to see great concept art and being able to transform this into a 3D environment.
